GUARANTEE
Outdoor furniture is designed for normal environmental conditions. They are not manufactured to withstand heavy rain or remain outdoors during the winter period. They need to be protected indoors or with covers.
Improper use of the material, both poor treatment and lack of recommended maintenance (e.g. storing pieces in winter, filling soft pieces/beanbags, proper cleaning, etc. The furniture warranty will expire.
What warranty does the product have?
In the event of a defective product due to various reasons, the seller may proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user. The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery.
The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity or damage within a maximum period of seven calendar days from the delivery made via email info@confortfurniture.es or by phone 644 735 824.
