What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We have the following payment methods: Paypal, Card, Plazox and Bank Transfer.

Where I can get my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.)

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

The country of delivery always has to match the country of purchase.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you live on the peninsula, the delivery time is 1 or 3 business days, depending on the type of shipping you have chosen. For destinations such as the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the delivery time is approximately 5 days. To this shipping time we must add the manufacturing time.

How do I know where my order is?

You will receive an email with the tracking number, so you know where your order is at all times.

What is the home delivery process?

We will send you a completed order email when it leaves the warehouse.

RETURNS

What should I do to give the item back?

To request a return, write to us at [email protected] specifying the order number (which you will find in the order confirmation email), and the details of the items you want to return. After verifying the data, we will send you a return number and the address where you must send us the properly packaged item.

What is the deadline to make a return?

For any return, you have a period of ten days from receipt of the order.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account (in the same payment method that you used to pay) in a few days. Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.

Important note: Orders for special and custom products cannot be exchanged or returned.
